Full mobile pass: hamburger nav for the app shell, every page re-tuned for narrow viewports, MacBook reveal section reworked so it doesn't overlap on small screens. Instagram + TikTok added sitewide.

    Cinematic homepage rebuild — scroll-driven MacBook reveal, animated hero, infinite scenario marquees, cleaner Act II / III pacing. Full plan management on /billing: upgrade, downgrade between tiers, cancel-at-period-end, resume a cancelled subscription. Sidebar now reflects the live plan instantly after a Stripe change instead of going stale.

    Describe-your-own scenarios in 30 seconds and rehearse them like any built-in. Grading is more reliable and re-fetches transcripts when Tavus hasn't finished yet. Atomic quota check (no more double-charge race on the free session), email-enumeration fix on auto-verify, CSP / HSTS / COOP locked down, Vercel Analytics + Speed Insights wired up.
